About Me

i attended yoga classes at the seasonal yoga academy from a very young age, and it was at this studio where i began my journey of delving deeper into the practice. i received my 200 hour seasonal flow yoga teacher training certification in 2016 and immediately began teaching my own classes. my desire to learn and improve my own practice continued to grow from here, and in the summer of 2019 i signed up for a 40 hour training training in vinyasa yoga with the amazing Steph Wall. i had the most incredibly inspirational time on this course, and not long after this i applied for her 300 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training. my classes are inspired by my two trainings, taking elements from the seasonal yoga practice, and fusing it with ways in which i have learned to create classes in my more advanced training.


i love to get creative when designing my flows, planning classes which are dynamic with a mix of both strength building & deep stretching asanas to obtain benefits both physically & mentally.


I don’t take things too seriously and like to have a bit of fun! So if you’re apprehensive about coming to class, don’t be! I’m so lucky to have the best bunch of people who join in on my flows, and they always make any newbies super welcome! I always encourage everyone to take classes at their own pace, and must important, just enjoy!
